Vegetables & Salads :: Spicy Spinach with Yoghurt

20 spinach leaves
30g butter
2 tsp black mustard seeds
¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp chilli powder
1 Tbsp brown sugar
500g unsweetened, natural yoghurt

Steam spinach. Drain and cool. Chop finely. Melt butter in pan, stir in seeds, cumin, nutmeg, chilli and sugar. Stir 2 mins until seeds begin to pop. Stir in yoghurt and spinach until heated through.
