500g mushrooms
90ml olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1-2 chilli peppers
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Wash mushrooms and depending on size, slice or leave whole. Heat the oil, add garlic and chilli. Before they start to brown add mushrooms and season with salt. Sauté over hot heat. Turn down heat and stir in lemon juice and parsley. Sauté until juices of mushrooms have evaporated. Serve immediately.
