Vegetables & Salads :: Asparagus & Green Bean Stirfry

20 spears asparagus (ends removed)
20 whole green beans (top & tailed)
2-3 Tbsp olive oil
2-3 tsp sesame oil
1-2 Tbsp soy sauce
½ cup cashew nuts

Place asparagus in a bowl and pour 2-3 cups boiling water over. Leave 1 min then rinse under cold water. Repeat this process with the beans.

Heat olive oil in Wok or sauté pan. Add asparagus and beans and stir fry until tender. Add sesame oil, soy sauce and cashews and stir through. Serve immediately.
