Lamb & Beef etc :: Lamb Fillet Mustard Bacon Wraps

8 lamb fillets
8 tsp wholegrain mustard
8 bacon strips
Salad greens
Chargrilled veges
1 cup herbed yoghurt dressing

Smear each fillet with mustard and wrap bacon around each one. Cook on high for 3-4 mins each side. Leave to rest for a few minutes while assembling salad. Cut lamb on diagonal and place on top of greens. Drizzle with herb yoghurt dressing and serve.
