Dips & Dressings :: Roasted Red Pepper & Basil Dip

2 red peppers, roasted, seeded & peeled
¼ cup sour cream
½ cup loosely packed basil leaves
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Sprig of basil to garnish

Roughly chop peppers. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh bread.
