450g unsweetened natural yoghurt
1 cucumber, grated
1 green or red chilli, chopped
1 tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic, crushed
Mix yoghurt in a bowl with salt, cumin, garlic and cucumber. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a pot and when hot add mustard seeds and chilli. Wait until seeds pop, turn off heat and mix into yoghurt mixture.
