Dips & Dressings :: Pesto

3-4 cups lightly packed basil leaves
1 cup parsley
4 cloves garlic
¼ - ½ cup parmesan cheese
¼ cup pinenuts (or almonds)
½ - 1 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt

Blend basil, parsley, garlic, parmesan, and pinenuts together. Drizzle in olive oil until dark green paste. Add salt to taste.
