1 cup dried chickpeas
Juice of 2-3 lemons
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
2-3 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp cumin
Olive oil
Cover chickpeas in water and leave overnight to soak. Can quicken process by pouring boiling water and leaving for a few hours. Boil chickpeas until tender. Drain and keep cooking liquid. Put all ingredients except oil into a food processor. Add some of kept cooking liquid for moisture. Blend while trickling in olive oil for right consistency.
