2 oranges
3 large eggs
¼ cup caster sugar
2 cups cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 Tbsp orange liqueur
6 Tbsp caster sugar extra
Thinly peel oranges and cut peel into thin slices. Segment oranges. Beat eggs and sugar. Heat cream until just warm, Whisk into egg mixture and add vanilla. Strain mixture. Arrange orange segments on base of 6 ramekins. Scatter with julienned peel.
