Desserts :: Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

50g butter
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cocoa
½ cup sugar

Heat butter, milk and vanilla until butter melts. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix with sugar. Pour warm milk mixture onto flour and mix until smooth. Place in 20cm x 20cm greased dish.

Sauce: ½ cup brown sugar, 1 Tbsp cocoa, 1 - ½ cups hot water

Mix brown sugar with cocoa and sprinkle on top. Pour over hot water (don't stir)
Bake at 180C for 35mins
