Desserts :: Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding

50g butter
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp cocoa
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup sultanas

Melt butter, then add milk and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa, add sultanas and mix with sugar. Pour warm milk mixture onto flour and mix until smooth. Place in 20cm x 20cm greased dish.

Sauce: ¼ cup brown sugar, 2 Tbsp cocoa, 1½ cups hot water

Mix brown sugar, cocoa and hot water and pour on top (don't stir).
Bake at 180C for 35mins
